Connecticut State Parks is looking for a vendor to design and create a 17’ X 24’ log cabin kit according to the specifications below, which is to be constructed at Kettletown State Park as a camp office. The camp office must be designed to meet Connecticut’s building codes, ADA accessibility requirements, withstand extreme snow-loads and winds, and maintain habitable conditions in Connecticut’s extreme ambient temperatures. The kit should include CT Professional Engineer or Architect stamped HVAC, plumbing, electrical and foundation plans to support the proper preparation, construction, and operation of the constructed cabin.
