Request for Proposals for Relocation Specialist - The Vernon Housing Authority (VHA) seeks responses
from highly qualified relocation specialist to assist in the Grove Court and Grove Court Extension
rehabilitation on Grove St., Vernon, CT. The Request for Proposals contains details about the
redevelopment, submission requirements, project scope, relocation specialist responsibilities, terms and
conditions and other pertinent information necessary for submitting a proper and responsive
proposal. All activities will be performed in strict accordance with all applicable guidelines and
requirements, including those established the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and
