The Town of East Haven ("Town") is soliciting proposals for West End Streetscape
Improvements Phase V East Haven, CT, State of Connecticut LOTCIP Project No.
043-0003 SEALED BIDS will be received until 11:00 AM local time on July 6th, 2023
and opened and read aloud at 11:15 AM, July 6th at 250 Main Street, East Haven,
Connecticut 06512. Proposals received after this time will be rejected. Specifications and
proposal documents may be obtained at the Office of the Mayor at 250 Main Street, East
Haven, CT 06512. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive
defects in same, if he deems such to be in the best interest of the Town. This contract is subject to
state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
