1. Removal of existing membrane roofing, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges, and
metal flashings.
2. Removal of existing asphalt shingles, gutters, downspouts, and other roof accessories.
3. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking, sheathing and wood blocking.
4. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and related piping and insulation.
5. Provision and installation of EPDM roofing, underlayment, and flat and tapered
insulations.
6. Provision and installation of new asphalt shingles.
7. Provision and installation of new flashings, caps, fasciae, and other trim metal work as
detailed and specified, including new gutters, and downspouts.
8. Offsite disposal of all removed materials.
