The Town of Waterford will accept sealed proposals for the LED Message Sign and Installation at “Waterford Town Hall, 15 Rope Ferry Road” until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Tuesday November 14, 2023, and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Louise Appleby Room. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and designated as Proposal for “LED Message Sign and Installation (Quaker Hill Green)” Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for opening of proposals. Proposals are to be mailed or hand delivered to the Finance Department. Please visit the Town of Waterford website and the State of Connecticut DAS site for downloadable solicitations at no cost. The Town will not provide printed bid documents or pay for any printing costs associated with the bid documents.
