Request for Proposal – General Contracting Services

The LLC extends an invitation to General Contractors to submit a statement of their qualifications and pricing for the moderate rehabilitation of 78 apartments in Hartford. The General Contractor should indicate their ability to perform work required in a timely and sufficient manner as required by CHFA, DOH, and LIHTC funding sources. All respondents must be licensed to perform services in the State of Connecticut. Formal responses are due by November 30, 2023.
