Request for proposal for identification of town-owned, documented rights of way, and easements of real property within the area known as Sound View. Prepare a Class “D” compilation map based on existing deeds, maps, surveys, land records, and other information as available. Identify any easements, caveats, or other land restrictions as contained on land records/deeds. Perform a limited site evaluation of encroachments or other anomalies and provide recommendations for further property/boundary surveys as may be warranted.
