The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (“CHFA”) requests written proposals from licensed and qualified heating, ventilation, and air cooling (“HVAC”) companies to replace all three of CHFA’s existing air-cooling units in its main computer server room on the third floor and related equipment on the roof at 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
