The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept lease proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. October 21st, 2023, to lease up to 18,000 net usable square feet of office space/industrial space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for Five Hundred (500) cars in the Greater Hartford Area, for use and occupancy by the Department of Administrative Service for a term of five (5) years, with one (1) or two (2) five (5) year renewal options. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. This location would ideally have (15) full height lift garage bays with minimum measurements 34’Dx16’Wx18’H and (4) Flat garage bays measuring 34’Dx16’Wx10’H.
