UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 2,600sf of 1st floor space in the Outpatient Pavilion in Farmington, CT. The space will be demolished and repurposed into a suite of clinics containing clinic spaces, bathrooms, an X-Ray room and staff spaces. A patient check-in and waiting area will be created in the 1st floor Lobby adjacent to the space. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
