The Town of Windham, Connecticut is soliciting quotes from Licensed Environmental Professionals (LEPs) to provide project oversight and technical assistance in the remediation of an environmentally contaminated and vacant parcel located at 1248 Main Street, Willimantic, CT. The selected LEP will be responsible for assisting the Town in ensuring all activities carried out by remediation contractors address the concerns documented in the environmental assessments attached to this Request For Quotation, and are consistent with the Conceptual Remedial Action Plan developed for the site. It will be the ultimate responsibility of the selected LEP to oversee project activities that will result in the complete remediation of the site for commercial redevelopment.
