The Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (hereafter, “CSCU”) is seeking the services of a qualified independent third-party code consultant (hereafter, “Respondent” or “Consultant”) to perform comprehensive plan reviews of plans, working drawings, specifications, bid documents and contract documents for building & fire code compliance as well as perform corresponding construction inspections for building & fire code compliance. All to ensure strict compliance to the Connecticut State Building Code (CSBC) & Connecticut State Fire Safety Code (CSFSC) for numerous CSCU facility improvements and construction projects. Services will be utilized for facility improvements and construction with individual total construction costs less than $3M.
The intent of this RFP is to prequalify vendors and contract for professional on-call services.
