In general, the scope of work entails the reconstruction of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at Hamilton Avenue staircase, installation of new lighting, stairway snow melting system, plantings and other miscellaneous work. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO and contract compliance requirements as listed in Special Provisions.
