DMHAS is issuing this RFP as part of Womens Services within the Statewide Services Division. The Women’s REACH Program is designed to provide outreach, engagement, short term case management, recovery coaching and community connections to treatment and recovery support resources to pregnant and/or parenting women struggling with substance use and secondarily to parenting fathers, grandparents, LGBTQIA+ individuals, or other immediate parenting family who are impacted by substance use either personally or by the parent/s of the child/children in their care.
