The Work includes the Removal and Replacement of the 6,000 gallon Underground Storage Tank, and all associated work, at North Windham Elementary School, 115 Jordan Lane, North Windham, CT. A mandatory pre-bid meeting between prospective bidders and the Architect will convene at the front entrance to North Windham Elementary School, 112 Jordan Lane, North Windham, CT on May 24, 2023 at 3:00 when project details will be reviewed. Windham School District will receive sealed bids until 11:00 AM, prevailing local time on June 8, 2023 at the Finance Office, Windham Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 979 Main Street, Unit B, Willimantic, CT 06226. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled “North Windham School UST Removal/Replacement”. Provide three (3) copies of the complete proposal package and one (1) complete copy of all proposal documents on a USB flash drive.
