The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (“CHFA”) requests proposals for housing counseling services (“RFP”) with qualified housing counseling agencies that meet or exceed the minimum standards required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and have offices in the State of Connecticut.
