The Office of Workforce Strategy (“OWS” or the “Agency”), on behalf of the Governor’s Workforce Council, is responsible for submitting the 2024 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (“WIOA”) Unified State Plan (the “Unified State Plan” or “Plan”) to the U.S. Secretary of Labor. OWS is seeking a contractor to convene and project manage the WIOA partners who are responsible for submitting components of the WIOA Unified State Plan, as well as draft and prepare the Plan for submission to the Secretary of Labor on behalf of the Governor in accordance with WIOA Section 102(c)(1)(B). The contractor will also participate in post-submission activities.
