The Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury (GHA) seeks to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager with expertise in all phases of preconstruction and construction of affordable housing.
GHA is requesting a “Statement of Qualifications and Response to Request for Qualifications” from interested parties for the Nye Road project. The development is seeking funding from the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and additional funding from Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH), Connecticut Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) and other federal funding sources. Prior successful experience working with State of Connecticut DOH and CHFA funded affordable housing developments is mandatory to qualify for consideration for this project.
The design and construction drawings will be developed by Quisenberry Arcari + Malik Architects. Schematic design work is currently underway.
