The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the "Authority") is seeking to contract through the competitive proposal process with one or more vendors (the "Contractor") to provide Vacant Apartment Preparation on an "on-call, delivery order basis". the Authority anticipates making multiple awards under this RFP. The Authority reserves the right to make partial of full award of the services described below. Any obligations of Respondents in this RFP continue to be obligations of an awarded Contractor.
