The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of Fairfield Public Schools (the “District”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide FPS with a complete and fully operational Food Service Management Company (FSMC) program at seventeen (17) school facilities. The District is comprised of eleven (11) elementary schools, three (3) middle schools, two (2) high schools and one (1) alternative high school, with no less than 9,200 students and nearly 1,550 faculty/staff. The contract will be for a period of one (1) year (beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024) with the option for four (4) additional one-year renewals.
