The Town of Guilford is seeking competitive bids for the 595 New England Road Upper Level Renovations. Sealed Bids are due on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 2:30p.m. at the Office of the First Selectman, on the second floor of Town Hall, 31 Park Street, Guilford, CT 06437 at which time they will be opened publicly. Bids received after this date and time will be rejected. Sealed Bid envelopes (including overnight packaging) should be labeled with bid number, bid title, and marked “time sensitive”. The Town has engaged a Construction Manager At Risk for this Project. Successful bidders will enter into subcontract agreements with the Construction Manager, OR&L.
