The Grace Congregate Housing Corporation (“GCHC”) is seeking Licensed Contractors to perform masonry repair, joint repair and power washing for the proposed renovation of Grace House (the “Project”). GCHC has applied to the City of Waterbury’s Community Services Investment Program for ARPA funding and was selected to receive funding. The selection of the Contractor will entail an interview of the highest-ranked firms. Grace House is a forty (40) unit affordable housing development serving residents aged 62 and older. The property is located at 25 Abbott Terrace, Waterbury. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be conducted on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 10:00 am, at Grace House, 25 Abbott Terrace, Waterbury, CT 06702.
