The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 40 Moody Rd., Enfield, CT, 06082 on December 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Failure to attend the MANDATORY pre-bid conference will disqualify a vendor from submitting a bid. The attention of proposers is called to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract. Funding for this project is being made available through the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA").
