It is the intent of this “Request for Proposal" to establish a vendor to supply the Town of Groton with Boarding up/ Securing Two Abandoned Buildings Services. The prospective bidder must complete the bid form and company information sheet, but need not return the entire Request for Proposal. The bidder is not to include any taxes from which the Town is exempted by law. The Town will complete any tax exemption forms that the successful vendor may require if such forms are within the Town's legal parameters.
