Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Jar testing must be performed on site in the SWPCA Lab at 111 Harbor View Avenue in advance of Bid submission. The dates of August 7th through 11th and August 14th through 16th are currently being held for bidders to perform their trials. Appointments must be reserved by calling the Project Manager, Robert T. Pudelka.
