UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 4000 square feet in the Central Sterile in the Connecticut Tower on the basement level located at UConn Health 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT. The facility is approximately 50 years old, leaving all systems, including ductwork, original to the building. There will be a full renovation of the decontamination and clean side of the Central Sterile suite, staff break room, men’s & woman’s locker room, and the creation of a new endoscope suite. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
