MIRA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform all required weekly, monthly, annual and semi-annual maintenance and inspections of the Maxim Road Crossing for MIRA as required for compliance with any applicable federal, state or local regulations. Additionally, MIRA may contract with the successful proposer for maintenance and weed-control activities of MIRA-owned rail spur track adjacent to this crossing.
