The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept lease proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. 6/30/2023, to lease up to 500,000 square feet of paved area with ½ mile to ¾ mile long drive for emergency vehicle training, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for sixty (60) cars (for use and occupancy by the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) for a term of two (2) years. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Preference will be given to proponents offering renewal options and/or termination clauses.
