The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line bids for the repair and replacement of concrete sidewalks and concrete sidewalk ramps at various locations throughout the town. Bidders wishing to submit a bid proposal are directed to respond online through a secure e-Procurement portal. Responses can be submitted at the following link: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/, under the bid title “GL-2024-23 Annual Sidewalk Program”. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No late bids will be accepted. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Bidders are further advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of CT General Statutes Section 31-53.
