The Windham Region Transit District (WRTD) is the public transportation provider for the Mansfield, Windham area, and the University of Connecticut. Currently, 19 vehicles are parked in an open lot and require electric access to plug-in block heaters for diesel vehicles that serve the University of Connecticut. It is the intent of WRTD to procure the services of one (1) Contractor who will assume responsibility for the installment of Electrical power that needs to be brought to the Mansfield Park & Ride lot located at 28 South Frontage Road Mansfield Center CT.
