This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky (“Lead State”) in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with qualified Offeror’s to provide Facilities Maintenance, Repair, and Operations and Industrial Supplies (MRO).
