The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is issuing this Small Purchase Solicitation (“SPS”) seeking to contract with one, or more than one contractor(s)] ([each a] [the] “Contractor”) for Bond Counsel. The Contractor would be expected to serve during the issuance and servicing of Authority bonds issued through the Authority Conduit Bond Policy or through other statutory/regulatory issuing authority. The Authority may select one or more firms to provide representation on a per transaction basis. Should the Authority elect multiple firms it may select firms on a rotating basis or a per transaction fee proposal basis (utilizing a capped fee or hourly rates) at its discretion.
