Salisbury Housing Committee, Inc. (SHC) will receive bids from qualified contractors for the construction of 12 affordable housing units in a single building at 11 Holley Street, southwest corner of Route 44 (Millerton Road) and Holley Street, Lakeville (Salisbury), CT. Contract Documents including plans & specifications can be viewed and purchased online at the Advanced Reprographics website beginning on November 27, 2023. Visit

An optional pre-bid conference/walk-through at the site is scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 1:00PM. All prospective bidders are invited to attend. Questions must be submitted to David Berto at

by December 21, 2023 and all questions and responses will be distributed by December 28, 2023.
