Grace Congregate Housing Corporation (“GCHC”) is seeking a qualified firm to serve as Construction Manager for its proposed renovation of Grace House (the “Project”). GCHC is requesting a “Statement of Qualifications and Response to Request for Proposals” from interested parties for the Project. The Project is anticipated to be funded primarily with funding from the Department of Economic & Community Development Community Investment Fund, with additional ARPA funding from the Waterbury Community Services Investment Program (WCSIP).
Grace House is a forty (40) unit affordable housing development serving residents age 62 and older. The four-story building is comprised of all one-bedroom apartments and is serviced by an elevator. The property is located at 25 Abbott Terrace, Waterbury CT. The proposed rehabilitation includes work related to the exterior building and building units.
