The work involves waterproofing of part of the foundation of Noble Hall.
Summary of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Excavate earth against building where indicated on plans down to base of existing footing.
2. Apply waterproofing as indicated to existing foundation wall.
3. Install drainage pipe and new drywells as indicated on drawings.
4. Restore site as indicated on drawings
