The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) requests proposals from qualified
architects/structural engineering firms for comprehensive architecture, engineering,
construction design, permitting, construction documents, bidding, construction
administration, and inspection services. This project focuses on the replacement of the
roof at CREC University of Hartford Magnet School, with services to be provided based
on available funds and scheduled to occur in 2024, substantial completion by
September 2024. A mandatory on-site walkthrough will be conducted on Tuesday,
January 23, 2024 at 1:30 PM at 196 Bloomfield Ave, West Hartford.
