A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will begin in the Scitico Room at the Enfield Town Hall located at 820 Enfield Street, Enfield CT, 06082, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Proposals submitted by parties who do not attend this mandatory conference will NOT be considered.
The attention of proposers is called to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract.
Funding for this project is being made available through the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA").
