The Town of West Hartford is requesting sealed Bids from Qualified Disaster Debris Cleanup Contractors to facilitate the proper management and timely removal of debris generated by all significant, town wide and potentially FEMA eligible natural disasters. The goal is to establish an agreement with a qualified contractor with appropriate experience and resources to respond and provide debris collection for emergencies including, but not limited to, natural disasters and man-made disasters or events.
