The Town of West Hartford is requesting sealed proposals for On-Call Professional Services related to disaster debris monitoring and management, as well as any related services generated by all significant, town wide and potentially FEMA eligible natural disasters. The goal is to establish an agreement with a qualified contractor with appropriate experience and resources to respond and provide debris collection monitoring for emergencies including, but not limited to, natural disasters and man-made disasters or events
