The City of Norwich is making available up to $75,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to support mental health counseling for youth and seniors to help address the negative impacts of the pandemic on Norwich residents. We're looking to contract with a Licensed Clinician who will provide on-site mental health services to Norwich youth, under the supervision of our Youth, Family, & Recreation Division Manager.
