We need to renovate some existing spaces in order to create Advanced Manufacturing spaces. Specifically, we need to renovate C167 rooms to accommodate a new program. We also need to convert the existing office suite into a CNC manual lab, and transform rooms C184 and C186 into faculty offices. Additionally, we need to transform room C172 into a metrology lab. To support these changes, we will need to make modifications to the existing ductwork and install new DDC devices that connect to the existing BBMS system. We will also need to provide new power distribution from existing base building panels to support HVAC equipment, as required by the design.
