The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is Construction Managers at Risk for pre-construction, planning, and construction services for the renovation of IPB for the relocation of C2E2 project. The Owner intends to utilize a Construction Manager (CM) at Risk contract format with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, (GMP), with a separate negotiated pre-construction services contract. Only Applicants prequalified by DAS as CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK GROUP B OR C, as of the due date of the Proposal are permitted to submit their Statement of Qualifications on this project.
