SPECIFICATIONS FOR CHASSIS FOR REFURBISHMENT/MODIFICATIONS:
The Town of Middlefield / Middlefield Fire Company requests that sealed bids be submitted for the furnishing of one (1) Spartan FC-94 chassis per attached specifications until Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Bid Opening will follow at Middlefield Fire House, 406 Jackson Hill Road, Middlefield at 6:30 p.m.
Bids must be clearly marked or stamped "PROPOSAL - FIRE APPARATUS CHASSIS" on both sides of an enclosed envelope along with opening date and time. The Town / Fire Company will not be responsible for accidental opening and will immediately reject bids with improper identification. All sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of the First Selectman, Middlefield Town Hall, P.O. Box 179, 393 Jackson Hill Road, Middlefield, CT 06455 until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, December 21, 2023.
