The MIRA Dissolution Authority (“the Authority”) seeks proposals from lead consultants and environmental engineers to conduct a study identifying the immediate environmental needs and knowledge necessary for potential redevelopment of the 80 acre site of its now shuttered Resource Recovery Facility located in the South Meadows section of Hartford CT. This study will document existing environmental conditions, conceptual site considerations, potential future uses and the immediate environmental needs and knowledge associated with potential future uses of the site.
