The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is for the University of Connecticut (the "University") to request submissions of Statement of Qualifications from Companies that can develop, coordinate, and execute a commissioning plan, observe, and document system performance, and determine whether systems are functioning in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents. The services requested may be for the University's main campus at StorrsâMansfield,
regional campuses (Avery Point, Hartford School of Law, downtown Hartford, Stamford, and Waterbury), UConn Health (UCH) (Farmington, satellite locations), and any other University property.
