Meadow Landing I, LP is seeking sealed bids for the following:
Window Replacement Project at Meadow Landing Apartments located in West Haven, CT. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to window replacement at (33) apartment buildings. A Public Bid Opening will be held at the Administration Offices of Savin Rock Communities located at 15 Glade Street, West Haven, CT on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. A pre-bid walk thru will be held at the project site on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Bidders are requested to meet at the Meadow Landing Office Building located at 397 Meadowbrook Court, West Haven, CT. It is suggested that all interested bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
