INVITATION TO BID
Vendors are invited to submit Bids for Upgrading the Security System of Hampton Elementary School.
Sealed Bids must be received by the Superintendent’s Office, Hampton Elementary School, 380 Main
Street, Hampton, Connecticut 06247 by Monday, December 11, 2023 and will be read publicly on
December 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the Superintendent’s office. Bids may be mailed to the above
address. A description of the work is set forth in the Bid Documents, which are available at the
Superintendent’s Office or by calling (860) 455-9409.
After the opening of the Bids, no Bid can be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems
to be in the best interest of the Town of Hampton and the Hampton Board of Education.
