With support of the Town, the Tolland Housing Authority expects to submit a Small Cities CDBG application in spring of 2024 for the capital improvements to the units and property at the Tolland Housing Authority. The Tolland Housing Authority operates 30 units of senior/disabled housing at Old Post Village. The development is comprised of five (5) buildings one of which contains the community room and office. The unit composition includes 19 studio and 11 one bedroom units. The property was developed in 1974.
THA’s Capital Needs Assessment identifies various facility upgrades and improvements which includes exterior and interior renovation work. Additionally, 504 compliance renovations are identified.
A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on December 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at 763 Tolland Post Road, Tolland, CT 06084. Written questions may be submitted no later than December 18, 2023
