The City of Bristol (“the City”) is seeking to make energy efficiency improvements relative to lighting at its senior community center, its youth and community services facility, and a firehouse, within the framework of the Eversource Energy Efficiency Program wherein following implementation of ECM’s, compensation is made to the selected firm directly by Eversource; the City reimburses Eversource via loan, with loan payments incorporated into monthly billing for electricity usage.
