New Opportunities, Inc. seeks to contract with a qualified contractor to provide facilities maintenance management and repair services in accordance with the specifications in RFP #2024-01-FMMRS. Sealed proposals will be received at 232 North Elm Street, Waterbury, CT, until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Submittals will be publicly opened immediately thereafter. Proposals must be clearly marked with the Firms Name, Bid Number, and Bid Title.
